We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Deliveries are usually 5-10 working days, but we ask that you allow up to 28 days in the rare event that your rug may be out of stock.
Delivery
Delivery times on custom made products will be displayed at the time of ordering. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation if the goods are not delivered within this time frame. You will be informed by email once your order has been dispatched, stating details of the courier used and the consignment note number. (Subject to the correct email address being entered when placing your order).
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. International deliveries are dispatched on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient should be liable for any local sales taxes, import duties and clearance fees which may be charged on the purchase. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.
